Full-Time Local Technical Team in Nepal

Our Kathmandu-based technical team handles installation, commissioning, operator training, and after-sales maintenance. When a client needs support, they call a local number and speak to a Nepali technician — not an overseas call centre. Our engineers are factory-trained by Unilumin and hold the skills to diagnose and repair any issue on-site in Nepal.

Local Spare Parts Inventory

We maintain a spare parts inventory at our Kathmandu warehouse for all active Unilumin products. When a module needs replacement, the turnaround is days — not the weeks required to import from overseas. For mission-critical installations (banks, airports, hospitals, government offices), this is a decisive advantage.
