Questions

LED screen rental: FAQ

How much does LED screen rental cost in Nepal?
LED screen rental is price on request, because the price depends on screen size, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor use, number of days and the venue. Send the event date, venue and screen size on WhatsApp and we reply with an itemised quote that includes the screen, processor, crew, transport and setup.
Which pixel pitch is best for an event screen?
For indoor stages where the front row sits 3–5 m away, P2.6 or P2.9 looks sharp. For bigger halls and outdoor concerts where people stand further back, P3.9 or P4.8 is the usual choice and costs less per square metre.
Can a rental LED screen be used outdoors in rain?
Yes, if it is an outdoor cabinet. LAMPRO outdoor rental cabinets such as LRSO and LRMO are sealed to IP65 at the front and IP54 at the back, with 3,500–4,500 nits brightness for daylight. Indoor cabinets (IP40/IP20) must stay under cover.
How much power does a rental LED wall need?
Plan for the maximum figure in the datasheet. A 4 × 2.5 m indoor wall (10 m²) of LRS2.6 draws up to about 4.8 kW and around 1.6 kW on typical content (480 and 160 W/m²). We tell you the exact load and whether a generator is needed.
How long does setup take?
Most event screens are built in a few hours: panels lock together in seconds and are stacked on the floor or hung from a truss. We arrive early, test the content and stay with a technician for the show.
Do you rent outside Kathmandu?
Yes. We take event screens across Nepal; transport and crew travel are added to the quote.
Can event companies buy rental cabinets?
Yes. We supply LAMPRO rental cabinets (LRS, LRM and P2 GOB kits with flight cases) with prices in NPR, plus Novastar processors, spares and training.
