Delivery timelines generally range from 7 to 15 business days based on product availability and project scale. We provide professional installation services tailored to your location and project requirements. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity and distance involved. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure site readiness, including power access, structure support, and safety clearance, before our team arrives for installation.

Service & Technical Support

We are committed to providing ongoing technical support and after-sales service. Assistance is available during our business hours via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. Remote troubleshooting may require temporary system access, which will be handled securely and only for the purpose of resolving the issue. On-site support services may include additional service charges based on location and time required.

Content Responsibility

All content displayed on LED screens is the sole responsibility of the client. We do not take responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from copyrighted, inappropriate, or illegal content. Clients must ensure compliance with local laws, advertising regulations, and broadcasting standards when using their display systems.

Remote Access

In the case of remote technical support, clients may be asked to share limited access to their software or system configuration. We guarantee the confidentiality and safe handling of any data accessed during the support process, which will only be used for the intended service purpose.
