It does not cover physical damage from accidents, incorrect electrical supply, water ingress from improper installation (installation workmanship is warranted separately for 1 year), or normal wear of consumables such as fan filters.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

The 2-year warranty includes: LED module replacement for dead pixel clusters (5+ adjacent dead pixels), power supply replacement for failed PSUs, receiving card and control card replacement for display control failures, free on-site diagnosis and repair visits within Kathmandu Valley, and remote technical support via phone and WhatsApp for software and configuration issues.

For installations outside Kathmandu Valley, Evolve Tech covers parts replacement under warranty; travel costs for on-site visits outside the Valley are billed at cost.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
